FRESH FRUIT SAUCE: No Cook "Spiked" Raspberry Coulis

This easy to make fruit sauce features gorgeous fresh raspberries and just enough triple sec to call it spiked. We serve this sauce on pound cake, over vanilla ice cream and it's also excellent in a mixed vodka cocktail.

Pate A Choux dough is often considered an "advanced" baking technique.  But it's not as hard as some chefs want you to think; all you have to do is follow the directions.
