RECIPE EXPERIMENT: Gluten Free, Low Carb Bacon Cheese Mini Muffins
If the idea of "gluten free" and/or "low carb" pastry makes you think of hockey pucks, this recipe just might be for you. Made with a variation of popular and easy-to-make "Fat Head Dough", KQ host Mitch Hightower loaded up these mini muffins with bacon and cheese.
