RECIPE EXPERIMENTS: Blue Chip Nachos

Chef Philip made nachos for an appetizer, and to change things up he piled the toppings on blue corn tortilla chips. Chef Philip also prefers to mix the toppings together, so things don't fall off of the chips. The topping for these beauties included a base of refried black beans mixed with diced onion, diced jalapeno and grated jack cheese. The nachos were also topped with a dollop of sour cream, (not shown). The entire plate was gobbled up in no time, which is an indicator they were mighty yummy!

EASY APPETIZER: Black Bean Nachos

This very easy to make appetizer is a great party treat or TV night snack.  With only six ingredients, (if you include sour cream topping); and a bake time of 20 minutes, it won't be too long before these are ready to serve.
