The next KQ Season 5 video features KQ partner Chef Philip and host Mitch Hightower demonstrating how to prepare Oven Roasted Pulled Pork. The pork marinates in a spice rub for two days before roasting. The result is a very tender and flavorful pulled pork which can be used in a variety of recipes including enchiladas, nachos, sandwiches, sliders, or served over pasta or rice.
