These crispy hash brown cups are filled with sausage, onion, jalapeno pepper and egg. Then the top is piled with grated cheese! Easy to make and bake. This recipe will be available in an upcoming KQ Season 4 video.

Kitchen Queers host Mitch Hightower has been testing recipes for "Upside Down" onion potato cakes.  He says, 'Think pineapple upside down cake, where the pineapple is replaced with a sweet and savory red onion mixture and the cake has been replaced with crispy and buttery hash brown potatoes".

More recipe tests for this dish are forthcoming, and we expect to see this recipe as a video installment during KQ Season 4 in 2018!
