PIG CANDY: Maple Glazed Bacon
by Chef Mitch

If bacon is high on your list of culinary priorities, PIG CANDY will rock your world.  Made with thick cut bacon, pure maple sugar and maple syrup, this oven roasted treat is great as a decadent snack.  PIG CANDY is also a delectable topping for ice cream or frosted cupcakes and makes a great impression at a brunch buffet.
