RECIPE EXPERIMENTS: Rainbow Palmiers

In preparation for an upcoming KQ video, today we made Rainbow Palmiers. We need to perfect our rolling/folding technique regarding the puff pastry dough so that the end results are more aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise, they taste great!

Below: Sugar has been spread on a board in preparation for making palmiers. 

Above: Puff pastry has been thawed from frozen to room temperature.

Above: The filling sugar, in eight colors, has been added to the puff pastry.
